Salon Policies

All clients are required to provide credit card information in order to book an appointment.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24-hours notice. Otherwise, we charge a cancellation fee equal to half the price of the service booked. This policy does not apply in circumstances of illness if you provide a doctor’s note or proof of a positive COVID test. We try to be fair with this policy while also honoring the time of our stylists.

If you cancel a portion of your services on the same day of your appointment, this is considered a late cancel. We will charge 50% of the the service removed. This does not apply if the stylist suggests an alteration.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate for you. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment start time and we cannot fit you within the schedule, we will reschedule your appointment and charge you the late cancellation fee.

In the consultation, we learn about your hopes and dreams for your hair, and we let you know what you can expect from the service. Angela explains why this part of the service is so important!

We do not offer refunds for services. If you need an adjustment to your service, please let us know within 14 days of your initial appointment. It is not considered an adjustment if the correction is different than the original service discussed.

We do not offer refunds for retail products, but we can exchange a product within 30 days of the original sale.

We accept all credit cards.

We aim to create a space that is respectful and courteous to all. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in conflict with these values and/or causing disruption.
